    Job description:


  • To perform due diligence of IPO, IFA, M&A project
  • Collects primary data and insights through participation, focus on collecting and sharing information from multiple sources for industry trends and competitive intelligence
  • Conduct financial model (including develop and maintain), risk assessment evaluation and industry research
  • Coordinate with external parties (legal advisors, accounting advisors, tax advisors) for transaction-related matters;
  • Draft presentation materials, project write-ups, term sheets, etc. in support of various client engagements.
  • Responsible for research the key information relevant 

    • Requirements


  • Bachelor or master’s in finance, business administration or related fields
  • Extensive years of experiences as an Investment Banker (Preferable)
  • Experienced with valuation, modelling and forecasting at least 1 Year
  • Experienced with IPO case submission would be advantage
  • Financial Advisory license (FA) is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of regulations covering securities and IPO
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent command of English both verbal and written
